The gospel group “The Schofield’s” from Jamestown, Tenn., will be at Maranatha Baptist Church, 618 Hwy 225, Calhoun, GA on April 22 at 6 p.m. Danny and Phyllis Schofield have been in ministry for 19 years and they have been given many awards. They have won four National Association of Country Music Artists International (Gospel Division) awards in the past two years. Mark Talley, choir director, invites all to attend.
John Hall will be in concert at First Baptist Church, Calhoun April 22 at the 11 a.m. service and at 6 p.m. Gospel music recording artist John Hall has blessed churches and audiences all over the world with his dynamic voice.
In memory of Richard Bowman Day, Valley Brook Church of God, in Dalton, will be hosting speaker Rev. Danny May April 22 at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. For more information, call 770-548-6653.
