  • There will be a revival at Antioch Baptist Church Monday, April 9 through Wednesday, April 11. The church is located at 2666 Dews Pond Road, Calhoun. The preaching will be done by Jeff Daniels, Pastor of South Rossville Baptist Church. There will be Choir and special singing nightly. Pastor Larry Hibberts invites everyone to attend.

  • Pleasant Hill Baptist Church will host their Spring Revival beginning Sunday, April 8 through Wednesday, April 11. Service begins Sunday 6 p.m. and Monday through Wednesday at 7 p.m. Special speakers each evening include: Sunday is Ronnie Wells, Monday is Brian Anderson, Tuesday is Anthony Smith and Wednesday is Brian Holland. There will also be special singing each night. Pastor Barry Brock invites everyone to join in a time praise and worship.

  • Bethlehem Baptist Church is having a Spring Revival beginning Monday, April 9 through Friday, April 13. The Church is located on Highway 41 North between Resaca and Dalton. The services will begin each night at 7 p.m. Rev. Chris Holman will be bringing the message and there will be spirit filled singing nightly. All are welcome to attend.

  • Plainview Baptist Church is having a Spring Revival beginning Monday, April 9 through Friday, April 13. The services begin at 7:30 p.m. each night, and special singers have been invited. The church is located off Plainview Road. The Pastor is Mark Harris, and Rev. Curtis Easley will be the visiting pastor. The pastor and members of Plainview Baptist cordially invite all to attend.

  • National Telecommunicator week is April 8 -14. This is a week to honor the communication officers who dispatch public safety. Everyone is invited to attend an open house at Gordon County E-9-1-1 on Tuesday, April 10 from 9 – 11 a.m. and then again at 6 – 8 p.m. This is an opportunity to tell the communication officers how much they are appreciated first hand.
