  • The Northwest Georgia Regional Commission's Area Agency Advisory Council will hold it's January business meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at the Sarah Hightower Regional Library in Rome in the Coosa Room, beginning at 10 a.m. This meeting is open to the public.

  • Tuesday, Feb. 28 is World Spay Day and Adairsville Animal Hospital and Dr. Dan Schwan-beck are supporting it. To prevent pet overpopulation, Adairsville Animal Hospital will sell a limited number of certificates for low cost spay, neuters and vaccines. Included with each certificate purchased is a free month dose of Vectra flea prevention and free treatment for ear mites.
