Two people reported injuries following a wreck between a Floyd County School Bus and a silver Nissan Altima Friday afternoon .

The driver of the Altima, a Polk County man, and one student were transported to the hospital, said Floyd County police Maj. Tom Ewing. Neither appeared to be severely injured.

The bus was stopped letting two children off when the Altima hit it, Ewing said. There were at least 28 kids on the bus.

As of 3:30 p.m., the 1700 block of Cave Spring Street was blocked off where the wreck occurred.
