* The Dalton-Whitfield Library will be closed Saturday, Jan. 14, in observance of Martin Luther King Day. The library will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 17, at 10 a.m.

* Story Time at the Fairmount City Library will be Saturday, Jan. 14, from 10:30 a.m. until noon. A special fairy will be there to read “The Man in the Moon,” by William Joyce.
