State Future Business Leaders of America Adviser Monty Rhodes announced Georgia FBLA’s member of the month for September as Collin Stoner from Sonoraville High School. Out of all the applications from across the state, Collin was chosen. Collin has accomplished many goals since he has been in FBLA. He has attended the following FBLA functions: Fall Rally and Motivational Session for the past two years, Regional Leadership Conference in January of 2011, State Leadership Conference in Atlanta, Georgia in March of 2011, and National Leadership Conference in June-July of 2011 in Orlando, Fla.
Collin qualified and competed in Management Information Systems along with Taylor Hicks. They placed first at the region level, fourth at the state level, and competed at the national level.
Collin also got to meet Gov. Deal at the Capitol and watch as Deal proclaimed FBLA Week in the State of Georgia.
