Considered by many to be the pinnacle of recognition from one of the world’s most prestigious travel authorities and their savvy readers, the Readers Choice Awards evaluate hotels and resorts around the world on the following criteria: rooms, services, food/dining, location, overall design and activities / facilities. More than eight million votes were cast by Condé Nast Traveler readers to compile the 2011 awards list.
