GCP&R 2011 7&8 Football Highlights

Wildcats (25) vs. Vikings (7)

Wildcats: E. Childs rushed for 2 touchdowns on the night, had a solo tackle, and recovered a fumble leading his team to a convincing win over the Vikings. C. Gross scored 1 touchdown and recorded 3 tackles on the night adding a spark on both sides of the ball for the Wildcats. Cade Fisher led the Wildcats offensively with a game high 130 yards rushing on 4 carries, averaging 32 yards a carry, and scoring 1 touchdown. M. Robertson tied for the game high with 4 tackles on the night to sum up the stats for the Wildcats in their victory.

Vikings: W. Bohannon recorded 4 tackles on the night and was successful on an extra point. W. Norris, D. Peppers, Z. McAfee, and E. Agnew all recorded 3 tackles each on the night for the Vikings. I. Brooks recovered a fumble to sum up the stats for the Vikings.

Bills (0) vs. Bulldogs (20)

Bills: Baucom and A. Baker tied for the game high with 6 tackles each, and J. Murphy had 5 solo tackles on the night, and R. Medders and L. Mathis both recorded 4 tackles each to sum up the stats for the Bills on the night.

Bulldogs: B. McGinnis rushed for 3 touchdowns on the night. McGinnis rushed for 189 yards on 14 carries and recorded 2 tackles. B. Bakken had a team-high 3 tackles, one for safety, and he also recovered a fumble on the defensive side of the ball resulting in a Bulldog victory.

Longhorns (18) vs. Canes (0)

Longhorns: R. Washington rushed for 73 yards on 3 carries and 1 touchdown, N. Kowalski rushed for 2 touchdowns and recorded 2 tackles, and D. Lindsey recorded 4 tackles and recovered a fumble on the defensive side of the ball resulting in a Longhorn victory over the Canes.

Canes: O. Darnell recorded a game high 5 tackles on the night and recovered a fumble, G. Mullins and D. Heath both recorded 3 tackles each on the defensive side of the ball for the Canes to sum up their stats for the night.
