On Monday night’s episode, Martinez and partner Karina Smirnoff finished tied for second place with 22 of 30 points after an electric jive dance that impressed the judges. Former talk show host Ricki Lake topped the night’s scoring with 23 points.
The previous week, Martinez and Smirnoff tied singer Chynna Phillips and partner Tony Dovolani for the highest score with 22 points.
A second couple will be eliminated during tonight’s “Dancing with the Stars” episode.
