Anyone who can fog a mirror can be "charged with".

Judicial is big business.

One wonders if fish wrappers placing picture of the "accused" won't get entangled in the legal net, at some point.

One ambulance chaser wins a case.

There will be no March Madness on TV. Too many class-action lawsuits, "One call, that's all".

Anyone, GUILTY or NOT GUILTY, of can be "accused " of any type of crime, and can face ANY charges, just as this man did. The articles simply state he was CHARGED with molestation, and surrendered himself to the authorities. If I had police looking for me, and was not guilty of a crime, I would be going to them as well to get the process started to prove my innocence. If I WAS guilty of a crime, I would be woman enough to turn myself in and take my due punishment also. The fact that he surrendered himself to the police does not admit guilt. This simply means that he did not run from the charges, or make it difficult for the authorities to find him, and in fact, "surrendered" himself to them, to be questioned and start the legal proceedings, and cooperate. This would be the wise thing to do I believe, for anyone accused of a crime, and would definitely be what I would expect an innocent person to want to do, wouldn't you? ANYONE can be charged with ANYTHING, at ANY TIME. This is not the first person to be CHARGED with this crime. But, I am proud to let you know that he is not a person FOUND GUILTY of these charges. He was found NOT GUILTY. So, I understand the anger and disgust the other posters felt, but they need to direct it elsewhere because Terry Glenn Harkins is not guilty of this crime, and he was found NOT GUILTY of this crime by the courts. I have known Glenn Harkins for 23 years. I didn't need to hear the court's ruling to know he was not guilty, but when they did rule, I was glad for him in the fact that he can maybe start to pick up the pieces of what happened to his life when these false accusations were made, and hopefully rebuild his life, and repair the damage done to his name. I think it is a horrible crime(molestation), and I'm right up there with the people who want to protect our society from offenders and predators. But, it is, and was horrible for him to be charged with something so terrible, when he hadn't done the wrong. I think EVERYTHING, good or bad that comes our way happens for a reason, and one day maybe we'll understand this trial in his life. But, he has been found not guilty by the legal system, and should be left alone, and allowed to move on. Glenn Harkins is my ex-husband, and understandably so do I feel the need to defend his person and his name. And I want to...I care very much about him and I know his character quite well. I am able to, without any doubt, say "He IS NOT GUILTY of the crime he was accused of, charged with, and found not guilty of by the court. He WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING OF THIS NATURE, and is absolutely against those who ARE GUILTY of such a terrible thing. He is a good person and makes a great friend. I hope he can put this mess behind him, as it was a rough way to go. One never knows what charges they may face (be wrongly accused of) or have dropped in their lap one day, but you wouldn't wish that mess on your worst enemy.

It says it was a CHILD that was UNDER the age of 16...

that means between the ages of 1-15...

I hardly doubt a girl in that age would ask for some guy that looks like that to touch her.

And it never said rape,

it said molestation.

The guys a creep.

I don't think that Glenn Harkins would rape any little girl... If Glenn wanted to rape a little girl or and women he would have tried to rape one of the women that works for him.... He tries to keep the work environment safe from any type of sexual harassment..... He is a good boss to every employee that works for the company that he works for..... I think that the 16 year old girl that said that Glenn raped her is lying about the all thing... That 16 year old girl for god sakes is seeing a 21 year man..... What is stopping that 16 year girl from saying the same thing about that 21 year man that she is seeing if he dumps her.

He's too sexy and good looking to have done this. The poor man was probably set up by some undercovers officer.
