Nursing Home Week at Calhoun Health Care:
Sunday, May 8
A Mothers Day tea will be held at the facility for the residents and their families with prizes given to the oldest mother and mother with the most children.
Monday, May 9
Movie Star Monday – come and enjoy popcorn , movie and coke while guessing which movie star and staff will be dressed as.
Tuesday, May 10
Taco Tuesday – join us for Taco Bell tacos and virgin Margaritas while playing a game of pin the tail on the donkey.
Wednesday, May 11
Western Wednesday – while admiring the animals at the petting zoo, be on your best behavior because the sheriff will be serving warrants throughout the day. Top your day off with a game of Bingo, and don’t forget to grab a bag of candy from the piñata.
Thursday, May 12
Tiki Thursday – come sit by the tiki hut and enjoy a slush and cupcake while being entertained with a hula contest.
Friday, May 13
Come dance your socks away while enjoying music and a root beer float at the sock hop.
