In his new role, Roye will be responsible for commercial loan production and business development in and around the Calhoun area.

Roye is a former executive and board member of Georgia Bank and Trust, where he served as Board Chairman and CEO for over twenty years garnering more than 45 percent of the deposit market share in Gordon County.
He is a graduate of the Rutgers, Stonier School of Banking, the School of Banking of the South at LSU and holds a BS and MBA in Business Administration from Berry College.
As an advocate for growth in Gordon County, Roye is the Chairman of the Gordon County Development Authority, Chairman of the Calhoun Affordable Housing Board, past board member of the Calhoun Housing Authority and past president of the Gordon County Chamber of Commerce.
He is also an active member of the Community and the Chairman of the Citizens against Meth for Gordon County, Past Board Member of the Gordon County Hospital Foundation, and Past President of the Calhoun Rotary Club.
Larry is married to Gwen Roye and they have two children, a daughter Amaris, and a son Joshua.
