Rome police said they arrested 11 people, three of them juveniles, for underage drinking at two parking decks before the Corey Smith concert Saturday night.

According to Sgt. Louis Johnson of the Rome Police Department:

Police were patrolling the parking decks because of problems at last year’s Corey Smith concert.

Two of those cited were caught in the parking deck next to the Rome-Floyd County Law Enforcement Center while the other nine were in the Third Avenue deck next to The Forum.

Three of those were minors and were released to their parents.

The other eight were charged with underage possession of alcohol and taken to the Floyd County Jail.
