Conrado Lopez
According to the Calhoun Police Department:
The charges were brought after a report was filed Sunday by the mother of a 9-year-old child stating she believed the child had been assaulted by Lopez.
Detectives launched an investigation into the claim and were able to obtain evidence to corroborate the allegations.
Lopez remains in the Gordon County Jail.
