Yvette Seritt, a lifelong resident of Gordon County, has enjoyed a rewarding real estate career for about a decade and has been honored with many awards over the years including the Silver Circle Award and Platinum Award. Seritt worked to obtain her Associate Brokers License in 2005 and earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation in 2008.
She is a graduate of Dalton College with an Associates Degree in Computer Operations which has helped her to understand and stay on the cutting edge of the technological changes that effect real estate everyday. Understanding the importance of education in an ever-changing market, Seritt strives to exceed the education requirements set by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to better serve you as her client. She is a registered HUD agent and has experience in dealing with foreclosures and short sales. Her favorite thing about her job is the assisting in providing happiness to homebuyers when they close on the first home.

Seritt is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and Gordon Association of Realtors.
Seritt lives in Sugar Valley with her husband of 25 years, Danny Seritt and their beautiful son, Robbie who was just born in 2010. They are active members of Sugar Valley Baptist Church. Yvette is the daughter of Robert & Pat Barrett.
Yvette enjoys spending time with her family, attending their church, playing the harp, reading, traveling on road trips with her family and is always anxious to learn new things.
