The Northwest Georgia Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will hold a small-business workshop, “Navigating the Internet to Find Business-to-Business Opportunities,” on Tuesday, Feb. 8, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Cartersville Chamber of Commerce.

According to the SBDC:

The Internet as a resource and tool reaches all four corners of the world. Yet, most businesses are only aware of a small part of what the internet offers related to business development opportunities.

Any and all business types will benefit from attending this session. A sample business will be used to show how the Internet can be used to search for others in their industry, identify prospective customers, generate demographic data relative to your industry and customers, sources for prospective customer lists and more.

The Northwest Georgia Small Business Development Center is based at Dalton State College. For more information or to register please visit www.georgiasbdc.org/ce/dalton.
