9&10 Girls Highlights

Dream (4) vs. Blue Devils (13)

Dream:

The Dream had a balanced scoring attack on the night with E. McBride and C. Crump both scoring 2 points each in their loss to the Blue Devils.

Blue Devils:

The Blue Devils were led by K. Floyd scoring a game high 4 points but there was also a balanced attack from M. Duvall, A. Farmer, and E. Stranger all scoring 2 points each to give the Blue Devils that extra spark to edge the Dream. Also J. Ashworth went 1-2 from the free throw line to sum up the stats on the night for the Blue Devils.

Bulls (22) vs. Falcons (5)

Bulls:

K. Ledford led the Bulls scoring a game high 11 points in the victory over the Falcons. M. Edwards also added a spark to give the bulls the edge over the Falcons adding 3 points on the night for the Bulls in their win.

Falcons:

Falcons had a balanced scoring attack from M. Carroll and A. Martin both accounting for 2 points each coming up short of victory on the night versus the Bulls.

K-9’s (20) vs. Panthers (4)

K-9’s:

S. Kelley led the K-9’s scoring a game high 12 points to lead the team to victory over the Panthers. E. Garland added a big spark scoring 6 points to help edge the Panthers. B. Pullen scored 2 points to sum up the stats for the K-9’s.

Panthers:

K. McLeod and H. Smith was the balanced attack for the Panthers both scoring 2 points each on the night for the Panthers.

7&8 Girls Highlights

Yellow Jackets (20) vs. Eagles (2)

Yellow Jackets:

Maddie McBrayer and Sandra Beth Pritchett both tied for the game high scoring 8 points each to lead the Jackets to victory over the Eagles. A. Geary, and R. Ridley both added a spark scoring 2 points each to help the Yellow Jackets edge the Eagles.

Eagles:

Haley Fisher scored 2 points for the Eagles on the night in their loss to the Yellow Jackets.

Mystics (11) vs. Ballers (6)

Mystics:

Katie Williams scored a game high 6 points to lead the Mystics to victory, Shayna Dutton scored 3 points and Taylor Long added 2 points all contributing to the victory over the Ballers.

Ballers:

Mattie scored a team high 4 points and Kelsee added 2 points in the Ballers loss to the Mystic.

Jay Hawks (2) vs. Flamingos (38)

Jay Hawks:

H. Tarte scored a team high 2 points for the Jay Hawks on the night in their loss to the Flamingos.

Flamingos:

Kylee scored the game high 12 points leading the Flamingos to victory over the Jay Hawks. Lyndi Rae also contributed 10 points, and Lindsay Bowman added 8 points to secure the win for the Flamingos. Celeste and Abby scored 4 points each on the night to sum up the stats for the Flamingos.

7&8 Boys Highlights

Hawks (12) vs. Heat (4)

Hawks:

Garrison Mullins scored a game high 6 points and Cole Godfrey scored 4 points to spark the Hawks to victory over the Heat. Xander Miessner also added 2 points to sum up the stats for the Hawks.

Heat:

Trevor Childers scored a team high 3 points and Trevor H. scored 1 point in the Heat’s loss to the Hawks.

Sharks (14) vs. Sting Rays (6)

Sharks:

Spencer Ford scored a game high 8 points, also adding a spark for the Sharks was Jaren McMillin scoring 6 points to help lead the Sharks to victory over the Sting Rays.

Sting Rays:

Don Massingill, Caden Brophy, and Brent McDaniel all scored 2 points each for the Sting Rays on the night.

Tigers (5) vs. Terminators (2)

Tigers:

Kevin Morrison scored a game high 3 points and Nelson Gravitt contributed 2 points to give the edge to the Tigers over the Terminators.

Terminators:

Breven Bakken and Seth Schwartz both went 1-2 from the free throw line scoring 1 point each in the loss to the Tigers.

9&10 Highlights

Shockers (2) vs. Rage (13)

Shockers:

M. C. Norman scored a team high 2 points for the Shockers in their loss to the Rage.

Rage:

T. Gaddis scored a game high 4 points for the Rage, L. Crocker added 3 points, G. Holden, K. Smith, and C. Chastain scored 2 points each for the Rage to help edge the shockers.

Falcons (10) vs. Dream (10)

Falcons:

GCP&R would like to start out by saying great game to both teams for leaving it all on the court. Literally there were no losers at the end of this game. K. Holt and M. Carroll both shared the team high scoring 4 points each and J. Gallman added 2 points for the Falcons in this hard fought, competitive game which ended in a tie in overtime.

Dream:

GCP&R would like to say great game to both teams and we hope this competitive nature will carry on throughout the season. H. Wehunt scored a game high 8 points for the Dream on the night. A. Price added 2 points which knotted it up for good with the game ending in a tie. GCP&R would like to say “great game to both teams!!!”

Blue Devils (8) vs. Panthers (6)

Blue Devils:

E. Dunn scored a game high 4 points for the Blue Devils on the night while A. Argueta and S. Russell both scored 2 points each to edge the Panthers on the night by a 2 point margin.

Panthers:

K. Craddock, M. Duvall, and E. Stranger all scored 2 points each in the loss to the Blue Devils by only a 2 point difference.

9&10 Boys Highlights

Wildcats (3) vs. Hoosiers (28)

Grant Hegwood scored a team high 2 points for the Wildcats and B. Bryant added 1 point in the Wildcats loss to the Hoosiers.

Hoosiers:

G. Soulios scored a game high 11 points while Seth Harkins added 8 points and Ty Fisher scored 5 to give the Hoosiers the edge over the Wildcats.

Heat (12) vs. Bulldogs (27)

Heat:

Gabe Ross and M. Moraitakis tied for a team high 5 points each and john Graves added 2 points in the loss to the Bulldogs on the night.

Bulldogs:

Garrison Mullins scored a game high 8 points while Parker McBurnett added 6 points. Tyler Lyles scored five points while Gavin Phillips added 4 points. D. Green and J. Stephens both scored 2 points each in the Bulldogs victory over the Wildcats.

Bulls (22) vs. Razorbacks (4)

Bulls:

A. Hopper led all scorers with 20 points on the day leading the Bulls to victory. H. Brock and C. Means added 1 point each in the Bulls victory over the Razorbacks

Razorbacks:

L. Jones and C. Richards both scored 2 points each in the Razorback loss to the Bulls.

11&12 Girls Highlights

Dawgs (13) vs. Cardinals (11)

Dawgs:

K. Mashburn scored a game high 9 points to lead the Dawgs to victory over the Cardinals. B. Allen and C. Hulsey added 2 points each to help edge the Cardinals.

Cardinals:

K. Walraven scored a team high 4 points while R. Long was on her heels with 3 points. L. Dodd and A. Simpson both scored 2 points each in the loss to the Dawgs.

Starz (23) vs. Hornets (6)

Starz:

M. Hart scored the game high 9 points to lead the Starz to victory. G. Anonett and J. Ashworth scored 4 points each and A. Proctor, S. Mashburn, and S. Stone all scored 2 points each in the Starz win over the Hornets.

Hornets:

L. Bramlett, A. Lee, and L. Gutherie all scored 2 points each in the loss to the Starz.

11&12 Boys Highlights

Hawks (22) vs. Blue Devils (16)

Hawks:

H. Revette scored the game high 17 points to lead the Hawks to victory. L. Dyer scored 3 points and M. Tippins added 2 points to help edge the Blue Devils.

Blue Devils:

Brad Whittinghill scored a team high 7 points for the Blue Devils. Wil Pritchett added 5 points and M. Adcock scored 4 points in the loss to the Hawks.

Lakers (14) vs. Heat (22)

Lakers:

B. Reece scored a team high 6 points while B. Waters added 5 points. K. King scored 3 points in the Lakers’ loss to the Heat.

Heat:

B. Vaughn scored a game high 17 points to lead the Heat to victory. J. Price scored 4 points each and P. Long scored 1 point on the night for the Heat in their victory over the Lakers.

Tarheels (34) vs. Mavericks (13)

Tar heels:

B. Lackey scored a game high 21 points to lead the Tar Heels to victory. A. Green scored 10 points. W. Griffin scored 2 points, and D. Dickenson scored 1 point in the Tar Heel victory over the Mavericks.

Mavericks:

Carson Crisp scored a team high 11 points and L. Breeden scored 2 points in their loss to the Tar Heels.
