Mrs. Min Lou Autry, 72, of Calhoun, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Bartow County on May 15, 1939, daughter of the late Dewitt and Fannie Brown Autry. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by five brothers, Thomas Mayes Autry, Elmer Darrell Autry, Charles Autry, Marvene Lee Autry, and Fain Autry; and a sister, Alice Braden.

Survivors include a special sister, Marlene Williams and her husband Herbert; nieces, Denita Kay Kown, Angele Hilburn, and Susan Thomas; special greatnieces, Crystal Kown, Angela Shaw, and Kara Kown; and nephews, Darrell Autry, David Autry, C.L. Autry, Stanton Williams, Terry Autry, Roger Autry, and Tyler Thomas.

Funeral services for Mrs. Min Lou Autry were held Sunday, April 22 at 3 p.m. from the Victory Temple Church of God, with Pastor Jeff Dutton officiating. Mrs. Autry will lie in state at the church from 2 p.m. until the funeral hour. Interment followed in the Fain Cemetery. Active pallbearers will include David Autry, Terry Autry, Tim Shaw, Albert Hilburn, C.L. Autry, Stanton Williams, Tyler Thomas, and David Roden. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Maxwell Parrott and staff; Tapestry Hospice staff; and Amy Sisson and the staff of Gordon Home Health.
