Visitation was held Tuesday, September 11 from 4:30 - 9 p.m. and Wednesday 8 a.m. until prior to the funeral hour. Funeral Services were scheduled for Wednesday, September 12 at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Dave Joseph and Chaplain Michael Blink officiating. Interment followed in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Barbara Long, Ranger; sisters and brother-in-law: Elsie Fountain, Calhoun, Crystal Fountain, Calhoun, and Tamer and Coy Mullinax, Jasper; several nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his brothers, Talmadge and Herman Long.
The family will accept flowers or donations to Employees of Canton Nursing Center.
