• United Hospice is sponsoring a fall memorial service Sunday, Nov. 13, at 3 p.m. This ser-vice is open to the community, as well as to families served by United Hospice, who have experienced the loss of a loved one over the past year. The service will take place at the Calhoun Seventh-day Adventist Church on Highway 53 (1411 Rome Rd. SW) just west of the Hwy 53 & 53 Spur intersection. Families are invited to bring memorabilia of their loved one with them. Refreshments will be provided after the service.

• Calhoun Group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets Sunday at 2 p.m. at 318 N. River St., directly beside the Health Department. All meetings are open, and you do not have to be an alcoholic to attend, only have an interest in alcoholism. All meetings are confidential.

• DivorceCare recovery seminar and support group will meet at Sonoraville Baptist Church in Calhoun each Sunday at 6 p.m. Features nationally recognized experts on divorce and recovery topics. Child care provided and for more information call 770-548-9310.
