Super Hibachi Buffet has officially opened in Calhoun at the former location of Ryan’s, located at 422 West Belmont Drive.
If the filled parking lot, during its grand opening is any sign, Hibachi cuisine will please the palette of Calhounians for years to come.
Super Hibachi Buffet District Manager Kevin Lin said that this buffet offers platters unlike any other restaurant in Gordon County.
“There is no other buffet like this in Calhoun,” said Kevin. “We are a chain, but we offer Hibachi, American and desserts.”
He went on to say that the cooks behind the Hibachi braziers are professionally trained in culinary crafts, and bring the best of their knowledge to this Calhoun buffet.
Individuals who crave a one-of-a-kind Hibachi experience can watch as ingredients are grilled to perfection before their very eyes. For the rest of the crowd, Hibachi favorites are lined from buffet bar to buffet bar. For individuals dining with picky eaters, a traditional American feast is available that includes pizza, macaroni-and-cheese, and many other red, white, and blue delicacies. A fruit, seafood and dessert bar are also available.
“Calhoun needs this kind of restaurant,” explained Kevin. “We are proud to be here.”
Super Hibachi Buffet General Manager Allen Lin and Assistant General Manager Sam Lin said that they were both happy to be in Calhoun and bring Hibachi-style food to Gordon County.
