Red Bud Elementary’s Assistant Principal Doris McLemore was honored at the Gordon County School Board meeting for her participation as Chair for the Gordon County School System Relay for Life project.

“We needed someone with passion for this project, and Doris has done a great job,” said Dr. Bill McCown, Gordon County Superintendent.

McCown applauded McLemore’s involvement as Assistant Principal at Red Bud. McLemore has been with the Gordon County school system for 24 years.
