Efforts continue today to replace more than 100 utility poles and to re-build spans of power lines that were damaged by trees and high winds. NGEMC officials urge residents to stay away from areas where emergency and power crews are working.
Customers may report power outages through the NGEMC Mobile App, the NGEMC Mobile Web App, or by calling their local NGEMC office and using the automated telephone outage reporting system. Stay away from fallen power lines and report them immediately to NGEMC, your local utility, or 911.
