The first Calhoun-Gordon County Retired Educators Association meeting was held at New Echota United Methodist Church’s Ellison Pavilion.

The next meeting of CGREA will be held on October 10, 2012 at Calhoun First United Methodist Church’s Fellowship Hall. All meetings begin at 10:30 am. Any retired employee of Calhoun City Schools or Gordon County Schools who receive a TRS check may join the local group (CGREA) and the state organization (GREA). It’s not just teachers! Administrators, para-pros, custodians, bus drivers, lunchroom personnel, etc. are all invited to join.
