The Gordon County Saddle Club (GCSC), is joining in the fight against cancer, Saturday, Sept. 29 at Cottonwood Patch Campground.

Everyone is welcome to attend the event with all proceeds going to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Registration is $10 gift donation per rider and begins at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29. The ride out will begin at 3 p.m. and riders will return to an evening campfire and camping.

To camp overnight, there is an $8 fee per vehicle with a limit of two horse trailers per campsite.

There will be raffle tickets at $2 each or three for $5 for horse care baskets including horse blankets and much more. The drawing will take place at the end of the ride. Riding for a cure T-Shirts may be purchased for $12 each.
