Fall classes begin in October for Calhoun City Schools Community Education

Registration is now open for adult and youth community education classes through Calhoun City Schools Community Education program.

Youth classes are as follows: SAT Prep Boot Camp (begins Oct. 6), Tennis Clinic for Youth (begins Oct. 12), Art for Children (begins Oct. 14), Beginning Spanish for Children (begins Oct. 14), Creative Writing: The Write Stuff (begins Oct. 19), Speed, Strength and Agility Training (begins Oct. 31) and Driver Education (begins Oct. 19).

Adult classes are as follows: Beginning Running and Fitness (begins Oct. 6), Computers Basics for Rookies (begins Oct. 13), Absolutely Beginning Conversational Spanish (begins Oct. 14), Microsoft Office Word 2007 (Oct. 19), Microsoft Office 2007 (begins Oct. 19), Safe Computing-Level 1 (begins Oct. 20), Microsoft Office Excel 2007 (begins Oct. 26), Internet Explorer 8 - Level 1 (begins Oct. 26), Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 – Level 1 (begins Nov 2), Wireless Networking and IPhone-Level 1(begins Nov. 2), Integrating Office 2007 Programs – Level 1 (begins Nov. 9), Social Networking on the Internet (begins Nov 17) and Facebook for Professionals (begins Dec. 1).
