Didn’t see it in the paper? Sometimes calendar items just don’t make it into the newspaper, so we’ve made a special place for them online. The Calhoun Times regrets that the following announcements did not make the paper:



- One day revival with evangelist Wayne Hamrick, former president of the Georgia Baptist Convention, and a pastor from North Georgia, will be speaking on Sunday, Oct. 25 at Antioch Baptist Church, in Calhoun. Services will be at 10:45 a.m. and 6 p.m.

- The Concerned Citizens for Better Government will be holding their next meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. in the main court room at the Gordon County Courthouse. If you are concerned about the property tax appraisals or have other concerns with your local government, we invite you to attend.
