Michael Covert, Kenny Hilton, Josh Nicholson and Landon Ratcliff won during the months of October and Decemeber with an ending portfolio balance of $105,107. The team plans to attend a banquet in May in Atlanta to be recognized.
“We are very excited since this was our first time to participate and we were declared the regional winners for the fall,” said Lisa Smith, SHS Business Teacher and FBLA Advisor. “I am also planning a tour of a local stock broker’s office this semester to see if any of these business students wish to pursue this as their career.”
