The CMS boys’ basketball ball team defeated Adairsville 44-9 on Thursday. Avery Johnson led the team with 11 points. Alex Urbano followed with seven. Both Brett Moss and Keyth Fightmaster netted five points each. Andrew Haynes scored four points and both Fields Chapman and Austin Byrd each had 2.
JVThe JV team beat Adairsville 42-14. Drew McKracken and Kaelan Riley each netted a team high eight points. Both Ray Reeves and Jack DeFoor had six each. Matt McHan and Ethan Woodard both scored five points. John Alan Kendrick and Matthew Pruett each netted one basket.
