American Legion Post 47 installs new officers

Patty Densmore (left) and Bruce Henderson. Densmore was installed as the president of Unit 47 American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and Henderson was installed as the commander of American Legion Post 47. They will stay in these positions until July of 2012.

Also installed into Unit 47 of the ladies auxiliary, Joanne Hill as chaplain, Jean Hampton as installing officer, Kathy Dixon as sergeant at arms, Shannon Malone as historian, Benita Densmore as secretary, Carolyn Owens as sergeant at arms and Sharon Elliott as 1st vice.

Also installed into American Legion Post 47, Wilton Baker as adjutant, Richard Phillips as executive committee, Joe Edens as sergeant at arms, Terry Greenson as junior vice, Bill Dempsey as junior vice, Ken Dixon as junior vice, Juddie Campbell as executive committee, Lamar Owens as executive committee, Jimmy Chapman as junior vice, Al Densmore as senior vice, Lamar Mealor as judge advocate and Orville Howard as chaplain.
