6 charged with marijuana possession

Calhoun Police arrested six people Friday after a traffic stop on Avalon Drive uncovered marijuana in the vehicle they were in.

According to the Calhoun Police those arrested are:

  • Derrick James Baer, 18, of 107 Dorsey St., Calhoun

  • Bobby Lee Baer, 20, of 107 Dorsey St., Calhoun

  • Tyler Blaine Davidson, 20, of 423 N. Wall St., Calhoun

  • Benjamin Francisco Dejesus, 20, of 127 Creekside Drive, Calhoun

  • Robert Tyler Hamilton, 18, of 1120 E. Second Ave., Rome

  • James Jordan Mitchell, 19, of 64 Acorn St., Rome

    All six men were charged with one count each of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce) and possession of drug-related objects.
