Please plan to join us, the Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation Coalition (ARRC), this Saturday, August 22, 2009 as we are having our first yard sale. With our ARRC fundraiser, we are working to obtain our shelter license and our Non - Profit 501C 3 Tax exempt status which will establish our group as a certified animal rescue organization. ARRC’s mission is to assist stray, homeless, abandoned, injured, ill and abused animals. Our work is to provide them with nourishment, veterinary care, safe housing and affection. Once they are ready, we then place Domestic pets, through adoption, into permanent loving homes, wildlife by release into their natural habitat or to provide sanctuary for those in need and to educate our neighbors on animal issues in the Atlanta and surrounding areas.
